Shipping Policy
At Contigo Tool we strive to get your products to you as fast as we can.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using a variety of carriers. When you place an order we will determine the best carrier option depending on the shipping location, amount of items, and total weight of items. Typically, most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days if the item is in stock. If an item is not in stock it may add some time to the shipment date. There may be times where an item is backordered. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you within 3 business days. Typically, these items will be manufactured within 3 days and will ship within one day of manufacture.
**Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional freight charges.***
Upon shipment of your items you may receive a tracking number (dependent on carrier). You must provide a valid email during checkout in order to receive a tracking number.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders.
Concrete stamps can often take a week or two to ship. If you are concerned about getting your order before a specifc date, please contact us before ordering so we can provide you an estimated date of delivery.
Special Order Shipments
If the product has been shipped by the manufacturer/vendor, we cannot cancel the order. To return that product, you will have to ship it to Contigo Tool once you receive it. You can view our Return Policy here. Special ordered products may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned or canceled.
We are not responsible for production delays or other unforeseen circumstances that might delay delivery of any special order. We will provide an estimate of the lead time for your item to be shipped to the best of our ability, however we cannot guarantee any lead time.
Free Shipping
At Contigo Tool we offer Free Standard Shipping automatically applied to your qualifying online purchase subtotal over $1,000. No promotion code necessary. Some exclusions apply and some additional fees may apply. Additional fees will be noted on the Product Detail page and/or Shopping Cart. When using the free shipping method, we will choose the best carrier to ship the item based on cost and time
*Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska may include a separate fee. If you item needs to ship LTL to either Hawaii or Alaska you will need to contact us for a quote.
We will offer our standard shipping rates as well in the checkout just in case you need your product faster or your product qualifies for different shipping rates.
